Watch Party PMPL ID FALL 2023 Last Day with CYBERJAK & EVOSFAMS.
Spearheaded a watch party for the PMPL ID Final, uniting EVOS FAMS and Cyberjak fans through engaging activities like a fast tournament, games, and quizzes. The event drew over 50 attendees, fostering a thriving community atmosphere.
My responsibility
Developed and implemented event concepts, ensuring a smooth and successful execution.
Successfully negotiated and coordinated with venue partners to secure a prime location for an event.
Successfully registered and invited more than 50 Cyberjak and EVOS FAMS fans to attend the event, creating a vibrant and engaged community atmosphere.
In the end, PersijaEVOS became the Champion of PMPL ID FALL 2023 and became the Best Performance Team with 11x Chicken Dinner.
